  Martina Watts B.A.(Hons) Dip ION MBANT is a qualified Nutritionist practising in Brighton, East Sussex, UK. She studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, and is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) which is committed to raising the professional standards of all those working in nutritional therapy. She is currently completing the MSc.Nutritional Medicine programme at Surrey University.


  She has a particular interest and experience in working with children and adults with digestive, behavioural and immune problems. She is a Foresight Preconceptual Care Practitioner and an independent Nutrition Consultant for Schools, Young Offenders Institutions, Local Government and the NHS. Martina is a member of the Guild of Health Writers and also works as a freelance journalist providing information to the private and public sector in the form of talks, conferences and educational material.


 She regularly runs nutrition and behaviour workshops for families, teachers, and health and social care professionals. She has convened five national conferences examining the impact of our technological age on food and the environment, and the consequent adverse effects on our physical and mental health.
